Universal Hopes to Reboot 'Scarface' With New Film

If Moviefone were a hacktastic entertainment website, you may visit a reference here towards the infamous Tony Montana line, "Greet my little friend!" For the sake, however, we are not. (Mostly.) Deadline reviews that Universal is wishing to include a brand new chapter towards the story of 'Scarface' having a film which will mix components from both 1932 version with Paul Muni and also the 1983 version with Al Pacino along with a mountain of cocaine. Not sure yet on locale or plot, but expect the brand new film -- whether it really happens -- to follow along with near to the plot of both previous efforts: an immigrant involves America, increases up from the underworld and will get the comeuppance he so highly warrants. Put one other way: "Within this country, you gotta result in the money first. Then when you are getting the cash, you receive the energy. Then when you are getting the energy, then you definitely obtain the women." The 1983 version of 'Scarface' from director John P Palma hit Blu-ray earlier this year. Browse the trailer below.
